UAE Plays Pivotal Role in Facilitating Sixth Prisoner Exchange Between Russia and Ukraine

In January, the UAE facilitated the largest prisoner swap since the war began, with 478 captives traded between the two sides. This was followed by another exchange in February, where Russia and Ukraine each released 100 prisoners of war.
