 United States sues SpaceX for alleged discriminatory practices

The complaint filed in an administrative court within the department alleges that SpaceX improperly asserted that federal export control law prohibited it from hiring people who were not US citizens or permanent residents. The US government seeks "fair consideration and the payment of back wages” for individuals who were dissuaded from employment or denied work at SpaceX because of alleged discrimination by the company plus undetermined civil penalties.
