The United States announces a new package of sanctions against Belarus despite new tensions with Poland


The United States announced a new coup against the government of Alexandr Lukashenko, with new sanctions against Belarus on the third anniversary of the 2020 elections, which resulted in a new re-election of the Belarusian president with almost 30 years as Head of State of the former Soviet country and Vladimir Putin's ally since the start of the war against Ukraine.
