National Film Day comes to the United States with lower-priced tickets



For the second consecutive year that National Movie Day has been celebrated in the United States, the event organized by the Cinema Foundation, a non-profit affiliate of the National Association of Theater Owners (NATO), was considered a great success. The discounted date became the busiest day of the year for theaters. All movies, in all formats and at all times, will cost $4 at participating theaters on that date.
