Mexico granted the United States the extradition of Rodrigo Omar Páez Quintero, alias "El R", nephew of drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero and former plaza boss of the Caborca Cartel in Sonora, required by an Arizona District Court, for crimes against health and criminal association.
